一、補遺部分

I. Supplementary part

1、根據(jù)應(yīng)征人提問,現(xiàn)補充以下資料供應(yīng)征人參考使用:各站點橋梁總布置圖、平面圖 、橫斷面圖及橋墩構(gòu)造圖;臥龍鎮(zhèn)、耿達鎮(zhèn)總體規(guī)劃圖、百年水位資料、場坪標(biāo)高。橋梁橫斷面圖中承軌梁及站臺梁為按比例繪制,沿縱向橫斷面尺寸相同。
1. According to the questions raised by applicants, the following materials are supplemented for the applicant's reference: The general layouts, plans, cross-section profiles and pier structure maps of bridges at each station; master plans of Wolong Town and Gengda Town, water levels in a century and yard elevation. The rail-bearing beams and platform beams in the bridge cross-section profiles are drawn to scale, and the dimensions are the same along the longitudinal cross-section.

2、應(yīng)征人在編制臥龍站、耿達站方案時,應(yīng)從功能布置角度考慮車站與相鄰區(qū)域(地塊)的關(guān)系,即在車站相鄰區(qū)域考慮針對旅游出行服務(wù)的配套內(nèi)容。
2. When compiling schemes for Wolong Station and Gengda Station, applicants should consider the relationship between the station and adjacent areas (plots) from the perspective of functional deployment, that is, consider the supporting contents for travel service in the adjacent areas of the stations.

3、平面圖中有初定的站房場坪范圍,位置為初選位置,應(yīng)征人可適當(dāng)調(diào)整,但應(yīng)避開區(qū)域基本農(nóng)田范圍(圖中青色線)。

5、陳述時間:8個站點總時間控制在25分鐘以內(nèi),各站點分配時間由應(yīng)征人自行確定。

二、答疑部分
II. Q&A part

(一)共性問題:
(I) Common problems:

(1)各個站點平面布置圖中已示意場坪位置,站房位置可根據(jù)設(shè)計自行調(diào)整;站房主要功能和配套房間的控制面積需求具體開展設(shè)計時才提供,目前請按照總面積控制要求開展概念方案設(shè)計。
(1) Floor plan of each station has indicated the yard , and the station building  may be adjusted according to the design; as the control area needs of station building's main functions and supporting rooms are not provided until the specific implementation of design, please implement the conceptual design according to control requirements of the total area at present.

(2)安檢后未考慮候車廳的設(shè)置:方案階段暫不考慮。
(2) The setting of waiting hall after security inspection is not considered: Not considered temporarily at the schematic stage.

(二)分站點問題
(II) Sub-station problems

1、虹口站:
1. Hongkou Station:

(1)站位置可以根據(jù)需求進行調(diào)整,在前期研究過程中也考慮了在線路北側(cè)處設(shè)置高架平臺,該處無拆遷問題,只需另行征地,也可重新考慮站房位置,可有適量的拆遷工程。
(1) The station  may be adjusted according to requirements. In the process of preliminary research, the setting of an elevated platform on the track's north side is taken into account, as only additional land acquisition is required without involving demolition. The station building  may also be reconsidered with appropriate demolition work.

(2)站臺位置可以移動,但后期需要與主體設(shè)計單位對接具體移動方案。
(2) The station platform may be moved, but the specific movement scheme should be docked with the main design agency subsequently.

(3)平面圖中的污水處理站、給水加壓站、混合降壓所都是永久設(shè)施。
(3) The sewage treatment station, water supply pressurization station and mixed step-down station in the plan are permanent facilities.

2、龍池站:
2. Longchi Station:

(1)盡量按照規(guī)劃場坪范圍控制,避免改變征地房屋,但若有充分的利用和更好的方案可以考慮調(diào)整。
(1) The scope should be controlled within the planned yard according to the planning to the maximum extent, so as to avoid changing the houses acquired. However, adjustment could be considered in case of full utilization and a better scheme.

(2)跨線設(shè)施一般情況下用地道,也可考慮天橋,天橋距離鐵路凈空需滿足限界要求,具體可在后期設(shè)計過程中與主體設(shè)計單位詳細對接。
(2) Track-crossing facilities are generally provided via tunnels. Overpasses are also considered with the clearance between the overpass and railway meeting the clearance requirements. The details may be docked with the main design agency in the subsequent design process.

(3)龍池站位置對原有道路進行了隔斷,涉及永久道路改移,改移道路詳見龍池站平面布置圖。

3、映秀站
3. Yingxiu Station

設(shè)備用房位置可自行調(diào)整,相關(guān)區(qū)域結(jié)合站房可作為停車、廣場或景觀使用,站房位置可不考慮上方電線影響,電線可進行遷改。
The  of equipment room may be adjusted. Relevant areas may act as parking lot, square or landscape in combination with the station building. The station building  may not take into account the above wires, which could be relocated.

4、耿達站
4. Gengda Station

橋梁設(shè)計未考慮橋站合一。
Combination of the bridge and station is not considered by the bridge design.

5、臥龍站
5. Wolong Station

(1)主體設(shè)計單位已經(jīng)將該區(qū)域的場坪進行了填筑,場坪順接道路,高于百年洪水位。
(1) The main design agency has filled the yard in the area. The yard is connected to roads with the elevation higher than the level of 100-year flood.

(2)相關(guān)場坪內(nèi)的配套設(shè)施及建筑請結(jié)合貴單位的理解開展設(shè)計。
(2) Please design the supporting facilities and buildings in related yards in combination with your understanding.

6、鄧生溝站:
6. Dengshenggou Station

(1)鄧生溝站場坪范圍可適當(dāng)調(diào)整,但面積不能增大。
(1) The yard scope of Dengshenggou Station may be adjusted as appropriate without increase in the area.

(2)征集文件中關(guān)于站臺寬度、軌道數(shù)的表述與圖紙不一致問題:以圖紙為準(zhǔn)。
(2) In case of inconsistency between the deion of platform width and track number in the solicitation s and the drawings: The drawings shall prevail.

7、巴朗山站:
7. Balang Mountain Station

(1)文字里程數(shù)與平面圖位置里程不一致問題:以平面位置為準(zhǔn),但站房位置可根據(jù)設(shè)計適當(dāng)調(diào)整。
(1) In case of inconsistency between the text mileage and the mileage in the plan : The plan  shall prevail, but the station building  may be adjusted as appropriate according to the design.

8、四姑娘山站:
8. Siguniang Mountain Station

(1)用地范圍可根據(jù)方案調(diào)整,并結(jié)合地形考慮與既有公路的接駁方式。
(1) The land use scope may be adjusted according to the scheme, with the delivery mode with existing roads considered in combination with terrain.

(2)車站規(guī)模有限,應(yīng)盡量考慮分流。
2) Due to the limited scale of the station, diversion should be considered to the maximum extent.

(3)文字里程數(shù)與平面圖位置里程不一致問題:以平面位置為準(zhǔn),但站房位置可根據(jù)設(shè)計適當(dāng)調(diào)整。中心里程,以“12-四姑娘山車站(施工圖)”文件為準(zhǔn)。
(3) In case of inconsistency between the text mileage and the mileage in the plan : The plan  shall prevail, but the station building  may be adjusted as appropriate according to the design. Center mileage is subject to the  "12-Siguniang Mountain Station (Construction Drawing)".
